How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Neurelle → Cancel.
On Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions → Neurelle → Cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Neurelle → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also request deletion by email.
I purchased but the app still shows Free.
Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings. If it persists, sign out and sign in again. Contact us if the issue continues.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The trial starts when you first subscribe. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before it ends to avoid being charged.
Is Neurelle a medical app?
No. Neurelle is a support tool for caregivers, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical, therapeutic, or emergency services.
