By downloading, installing, or using Neurelle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Neurelle is a support tool for parents, caregivers, and professionals who care for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The App provides AI guidance, crisis support, sensory activities, visual routines, social story builders, trigger diary and progress tracking.
Neurelle Premium is available via auto-renewing subscription managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not process payments directly.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt to hack the App, create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial, or use the App to harm others.
All content and features of Neurelle are the exclusive property of Neurelle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personal data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil.
