Delete Your Account & Data
You have the right to delete your Neurelle account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the Neurelle app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion — you will need to confirm twice
Option 2 — Request by email
Send us an email with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address.

What gets deleted
- Account credentials and profile
- Child profile data
- Crisis logs and diary entries
- AI conversation history
- Routines, stories and reports
- Progress tracking data
- Push notification preferences
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some anonymised data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
